Why not smoke pot at 8 a.m.?

I was walking to work yesterday at around 8, and I passed this guy who was smoking a joint. He wasn't a teenager and it wasn't 11 on a Sunday morning. He was in his forties and it was 8 on a Thursday. That is some commitment to wake and bake.
